I like it. They have decent low end torque so it has nice pick up. I dont pay attention to gas mileage but is sure does a lot better then the V-8 Mustang.
'Tis true about the no negotiation pricing. Dealers can only negotiate with the pricing on used Scions. Usually they will buy them back from the original owners, throw on a lot of upgrades and sell them for more, especially when the demand was much higher than what was available. Nowadays, I see them all over. I waited a month and a half for mine and got it fresh off the boat.
Again, I like mine a lot. The rear hatch is a little noisy when closed but I hardly to never notice it because the stereo is so load.
I recommend it. Even though they don't haggle the price, I thought it was a decent deal for the extra's they include in the price.
One of these days I will throw in a turbo charger, exhaust, and do some custom body and paint inside and out. Mine even lower it a tad.
Already threw on tint, vanity plates, and removed the badges.

i drive either a 93 jeep grand cherokee or a 96 Ford Bronco. My mom told me that she wanted the jeep to drive because she hates driving the Bronco, so now shes letting me drive the bronco.
My dad bought it from some asian in Seattle who accually did some stuff to it. Right now as far as "upgrades" go and as far as i know it has:
$2,000 Gibson exhaust $300 K and N intake + sound and whatnot...
it only has a 302 engine too...but it has a lot of power in it. Almost 300 hp...
