I know you can buy huge CO2 tanks, but they're so huge you cant play with them.

Maybe if you wore it like a fireman or scuba diver you could use it. You would probably fall down a hill though

you would also move slower than a snail and if you moved out of a bunker shooting you would be laughably easy.

the biggest ive seen is a 24oz.

if your concerned about refills while out playing, invest in multiple 20oz tanks.

well at my field they still sell 36 oz.  but i dont think they r good for playing with without a remote in the woods.  i want to get a 68 ci/3000 psi for my gun.  does anybody knw if compressed air is more efficient than co2?

Compressed air is much more efficent than co2.  Compressed air is not affected by weather unlike co2.  If it is too cold the co2 will not expand into a gas and since compressed air is a gas you don't have that problem.  Also, co2 is not consistent.  On hot days the liquid will expand more and increase your volicity.  On cold days your volicity will go down.  Compressed air will work in hot or cold perfectly, co2 has the tendency to cause velocity spikes.  bottom line go with HPA (high pressure air), but co2 will is cheap and works just fine in a tippmann.
