I always wear a pair of BDUs (Older army clothes) and boots. I like to blend in I AM NOT A SNIPER. I like them cause I roll around in lots of crap and it keeps ticks off of me. Its not too hot in the summer as long as you're in shade and dont wear an undershirt

really i dont think people should assume you are a sniper when you wear camo because all it does is help you blend in. Its smart so people cant see you as well and that doesnt make you a sniper.

Same here, I don't know if I'm utilizing my battle dress effectively, but I have the BDU's ... and I'm not really afraid of the wear and tear that paintball has on clothing.  I just know that if I want to go play woodsball soldier, I might as well try to look the part a little.

Oh ... and as far as stains? All of the paint I've played with comes out really easily.  I think some brands are a little harder to get out than others (to discourage wiping) but I have never ever encountered paint that will actually leave a permaneant stain.

Yes they can...I've got a paintball t-shirt that is sort of stained pink and yellow from playing, but usually paint will wash out.

For speedball i wear 06 invert pants and jersey, both red to match my cocker.

for woodsball in the spring, i just wear a brown empire t-shirt, with said empire pants or BDU's

when the poison ivy is out, i wear a BDU jacket over the t-shirt.

My feild is pretty good about enforcing it's 280 velocity limit, so in the past, although I normally go in full BDU, I have played in just jeans and a T-Shirt.  You get used to paintballs ...

Normally speedball shirt, pants, football cleats.  I've got 2 sets of bdu's too which are very protective when roaming thru dense woods.

I wear jeans, an old Air Force BDU under shirt (brown), and a black Tactical Vest. If I could fit into my dad's old BDU's I'd wear them, but I'm five inches taller than him so it'd be weird. I do suggest a long sleeve shirt to at least mildly deter bugs and poison ivy. As for stains, it depends on how long you let your clothes sit before you wash them. I have a shirt and a pair of jeans with stains cause they sat too long before I washed them.

Depends on indoor/outdoor, weather conditions, and so forth.

Preferred gear is shorts/t-shirt.

Long pants/BDUs (with kneepad inserts) for messy indoor play.  Football cleats for outdoor play, tennis shoes for indoor.
