Why on earth would you want to do that...?

Just leave it as is, MilSim and IONs don't mix well, unless you count the SP8 body for the ION.

There is no point in trying to make an ION look like a milsim gun like a 98 or an A5 or something.  Although, there are several things out there for IONs that are cool for the woods.  Body kits with tactical rails for sights and lights and all sorts of gadgets and doo-dads.  Personally, I prefer just a simple looking, point and shoot and kill gun.

This thing is kinda neat, a tad expensive but in the long run will pay off way more than adding a magazine to your gun and making it look awkward.  http://www.actionvillage.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/DisplayProductInformation-Start;sid=jQN1LbMM1M90DfVvsmi1hbmqMvCtt7PSYhE=?ProductID=HCXAqArbh_oAAAEHvc5aVb7R - Lapco Tactical Body Kit

All I have to say is Engler AK ion..... well thats the only one that I have seen that looks good as a milsim. I can't belive it is a ion either. Mag would be a bad idea unless you have some other items to go with it and alot of time and good tools.

Not a good idea. You also need to cut your macro down to size.

Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

In his thread that he originally posted his gun, he said he has cut the macro but it leaks now.
