damn, sounds like a huge building if its gonna cost 2.3 mil to fix up....sounds like a lot of work though

Actually not really, it is just that they are doing a whole metric crap ton of work. Like the article says, they are rewiring, putting in new plumbing, new carpet, paint, air conditioning, fixtures.

Everything.
