So I was feeling like absolute crap this morning, so I called in sick, no biggie. But as many of you well know, I do anodizing out of my apartment. Apparently my landlord is wise to me, cause she called the police and reported it as a methlab. So I got a nice knock on the door this morning and a search warrant shoved in my face. They wouldn't even let me put pants on, I answered the chained door in my boxers. They told me I had to stand in the kitchen with another officer while they checked out my lab. It only took about 5 minutes before they had me come in and explain stuff to them. Basically I lacked 90% of the chemicals to make meth, and any of the equipment. Once I explained what it was all for, how it worked, and showed them some sample parts, they all had a pretty good laugh. After that they let me put some pants on, and I grabbed my ID and stuff for them, including my badge. They even asked about anodizing gun parts. We exchanged our stories of "hey do you know officer....". I also had to tell them that a lot of the parts I do have a small security level, and that she had no "need to know". So they pretty much just laughed at her when they all left. I shut the door in her face. ------------- http://www.anomationanodizing.com - My Site

Month or so ago once spring started my allergies started up and my mom
went to buy me some advil cold pills for my sinus headache and she had
a sign a papaer that said she woldnt use them to make meth...lol like
that papaers gonna stopem right?

I'm not debating that it was sick and twisted, but laughing at something like a picture of Nagasaki after the bombing and then getting mad at someone cracking a 9-11 joke seems hypocritical. Regardless of whether or not you knew someone or if it was even your country, the end result was the same. |

how do you figure? what motive did the terrorists have? they jsut didnt like us we bombed japan bc we needed to end the war, and given what happened at guadal canal and iwo jimo, i'd say chances are it saved a lot of marines and ended the war a lot earlier |

it really wasnt that funny though, a lot of people died in a bs attack....i cant see how its funny and i wont lie, every now and then yea, i get a thought in my head like that, where something comes to mind in situations like this, but when its something like this i just keep it to myself |

BS Attack? From a strictly military perspective, that attack was brilliant, it exploited a giant flaw, and was completely unexpected with a result that was broadcast around the world. We flew one plane over Japan, we dropped one bomb, it destroyed an entire city of innocent people. If we are looking at this from a strictly BS perspective, Our attack is as much BS as any one elses. Stop being a hypocrite, war is war, it is no different if it's a bunch of Japs or Americans dieing.
