hey ace, I did some reading on another forum and basicly you have to find the sweet spot. I had mine dailed up to much and didnt quite get the results I was looking for. From what i read, 2-3 full cycle turn on the adjuster should get you where you want. I have only used mine on 2 occasions and the first time worked like a charm but the second apparently I was low on air and didnt get the same results.

Also i think if dailed up too high it may leak, something you may want to look into if leaving tank in over night or for long periods of time. Im going to tinker with mine tomorrow, i have it set on 4 full turns.

also ck out www.pbreview.com and read some of the reveiws on it. lots of good tips there from ppl who use it.

adjust the screw as you're firing and don't put a death grip on the trigger.

No need for a double trigger for the rt.

Just start low so you get the feel of how the r/t works. Turn the screw out gradually and get the feel of it because the trigger will feel a little different each time. I had my screw out almost all the way. It was rediculously fast.
