So according to some nurse practitioner in the emergency room I have either slightly torn or strained my trapezius muscle (muscle that runs from bottom of neck to lower shoulder blade). As of yesterday I could hardly stand with of screaming, it felt as if someone had stabbed me in the back. They gave me some muscle relaxors which keeps making me dizzy, my vision blurred, and is also making me extremely tired but it keeps me from being in bad pain. But the weirdest thing is I keep having small weird dreams when ever I fall asleep. Now when I wake up I think that the dream was real and then I can’t quite remember what they were about so I worry about them. The weirdest dream and one of the only ones I can remember is when I saw Tae sitting at his pc and typing a bunch of stuff and that was it. So ill be out of commision for a while.

it sounds silly but headbanging is one of the quickest ways to screw up your neck. that or a car wreck. or a fall.

Thats whats weird I suspect it's when i was taking out trash. I had 2 full bags of newspapers and I threw one of them over my shoulder but i coulnt carry it like that for long so I took them one at a time. I never felt anything until i got up later and as soon as i stood up I thought someone riped out my shoulder blade. I sat back down and it took 2 people to get me out of the chair and to the hospital (via Volvo ) ps. excuse any grammer mess ups the muscle relaxor is messin me up.

I've messed up my back like that before but I didn't go to the hospital, I just sucked it up and dealt with it . I know what you're talkin about though, it hurts like a mother. I messed mine up at the gym rather than with newspapers but I got the exact same pain you described and it lasted nearly all week. Turning my  head, moving my arm, or even turning my upper body all caused a horrible stabbing feeling in the back of my shoulder blade and neck. It was weird how it happened though. I was on the shoulder press machine with a little more than 90 lbs on each arm and started to lose it on the last rep or two. My left arm slowly dropped and the right slowly made it up. I got up, walked away from the machine and then it started to hurt a lot. I usually go to the gym everyday but I couldn't go for most of the week because anything I did caused a tremendous amount of pain. A hot shower helped a lot though, loosened the muscle up.

I've had the most horrible pain in my lower back lately. The left side. Playing baseball yesterday was the worst experience ever.

This is the second time ive hurt my back severely, but not in the same place. A few months ago I was helping my dad with a garage he was building (about a 13ft tall building) and he had one of the 2" by 12" rafters set in place but not secured, As I was walking under the rafter to get a tape measure he accidentally dropped his level and when he tried to catch it he knocked the rafter down and it hit me square across my back. I didn’t go to the hospital for that and I couldn’t stand for 3 days. So I figured this time around id better go.

Oh wow, I hope you feel better. My back is very weak and tender right now. I got it from bending over looking for worms for 2 and a half hours after I forgot the worms at home.

A lucid dream is where you realize that you are dreaming while you are dreaming, so then you can controll the dream and do whatever you want in it. It happend to me once.

I've been there at least 5 times. It kills the next 2 days after then it is just a pain in the ass for another 4 or 5
