Hi, I have installed on my X7 a Flat Line, and work's great, but sometimes when i shoot my barrel break the balls. I try with other balls and work's a little better, but in 500 shoots, less or more, the barrel break a ball again. When this happenned I check the cyclon and there's not rest of paint, so i think that it's the flat whose cause the problem.

This start happen when i was installed the flat, with the stock barrel, the gun never break a ball and never chop.

What can be?

My gun is a X7 + R/T + flatline-

Thank's and Regards.

PS: excuse my english but i from argentina and i don't speak english so well

Is the velocity too high? The flatline works best at about 270 fps. A high velocity causes balls to break.

Temperature can play a big part in it. Sometimes you can't shoot paint and not break it unless the temperature is above 80*.
