So if you enjoy good scenery, here you go;

Looking Down from on top of the cliffs on Mt. Helena

Where i am right now we have a lot of mountains and canyons that are really cool to get lost in for a couple days, once a month ile take my squad on a run up these mountains and trails, its a lot of fun, but i go off roading on a lot of these trails after work on the weekend with my wife, it gives me a lot of really great pictures.

This is a picture of the mountain im about to go up from a long ways off.

Im about half way up, the trail is really windy so its a little odd.

This is a picture of what it looks 2/3rds of the way up, driving up is a little scary, there arent any guard rails or anything, so if you go over, your not going to stop unless you either reach the bottom, hit a tree or slam into a huge boulder.

Um, no. Mt. St. Helens is in washington, I'm in Montana. That is Mount Helena, which stands right over the city of Helena.

As for how long a hike it is, that depends on what trial you take. Me, I like to just charge up the mountain, somtimes I'll take a trial, somtimes I wont, but at the pace I usually go, it takes me roughly an hour to get to the top.

Oh and Bravecoward, I assume you have never been to Mt. St. Helens, well the immediate area around the Mountain is quite barren, and there is no town at its base. But people from out of state confuse the two all the time because of the name, so its an honest mistake.

From the Top of Mt. Helena
