Anyone ever been? It's my new found love in life. My friends and I have been going for the past couple of days. We go out to the river and hit up the cliffs at the chattahoochee with bunch of people. There are a few cliffs. One is about 30-35 feet, another is 40, then the biggest one is about 45 feet high. It's such a rush to jump off them. It feels like you're in the air forever. It's the most fun when drunk red necks are there. They'll do anything. If you haven't been, I strongly suggest you go.

A friend of mine goes. He's invited me, but I could never make it. I'll have to go with him next time he hits it up.

I go once every week or 2. The spots around here are only 20ish feet high, rumor of a 35 footer has been going around recently, but it's a 45 minute drive....

The kids were probably stupid and got hammered and then tried something crazy.

I've only done a little bit, at a waterfall in Vermont, and smaller ones here. Fun, but not amazing.

Hmm, I guess I just won't be the first one to jump in the water then. You know, just to be safe.

During the spring me and a bunch of my friends went to this duck pond in teh making. It had beautiful water and was about 20 feet deep. Because it was still in the making, there was 20-30ft high dirt mounds that they moved around every 2 or 3 days. It was good fun when you could find one close enough to the water to jump from. My highest was around 25.

We were fumping off the cliffs from about 20-25 feet off the dunes, so much fun.

I hang onto the back of the chair lift at the ski area until I'm about 20 feet up then drop into fluffy snow.

| Hehe, lift jumpers here get fined and their passes get yanked, but people still do it anyway to get first tracks.
Moar cliff jumping: Cliff jumping on my snowboard into nice fluffy powder.

chicken rock, it's like 25-30ft and it's over the lake. a lot of people drown there because they get trashed and decide to do it and realize they can't swim once they are in the water.

The only place around here to do it is way off in the woods and the landing pool of water is not very wide.

Just went today and did a couple jumps off of a 30 foot rock, was nice except for the water jetting my sinuses.

When I opened this my first thought was base jumping, but this is better because I can actually relate to it. I have only been once. Reckon it was about a 30 foot cliff down at the Lake of the Ozarks. I pulled up with a friend and thought, "This looks lame." Once I got up there I had to force myself to jump though. Pretty good stuff.
