THat should be just about it, maybe some N2 if you get a chance, it is a little cleaner and better for the gun, althought you will pay about two bucks more a day for refills, at least around my parts.

I really didn't like my JnJ, but many other people loved them. If you want to put out some more cash, buy a high output HPA tank. The tank is much more expensive, but it is dirt cheap to fill. Plus, it is not affected by cold weather.

Barrel.

The list you have is pretty good. Personally, I dont like the feel of a double trigger with the RT, so that may be something to try out before buying. If you do decide to get the cyclone, I would reccomend looking into some of the available mods, such as the Vortex. Also, if you're going to stick with CO2, or even if you plan to upgrade to HPA in the future, I would reccomend looking at a Palmer's male Stabilizer.

I would highly suggest getting a nitro tank if you can easily get it filled in your area. Compressed air is such a better air source. If you can afford it, get something like a 68/4500 tank. If not, you can get an anti-siphon tube installed in your CO2 tank which will help keep the liquid CO2 out of the gun. A regulator is also a nice performance upgrade. As suggested by sinisterNorth, the Stabilizer is a good choice, I love mine. Also, if you haven't already, do the pen spring mod since that's easy and cheap. Personally, I'd prefer to go electronic before getting an RT but that's your call. Either way, I think you should save the ROF upgrades for last. A double trigger with the pen spring mod should be good enough to hold you over for a while. The cyclone is a good upgrade but you should also consider regular hoppers since you can use them on other guns as well.

You can get a remote line for your 20oz CO2.  It acts as a giant expansion chamber so liquid CO2 doesnt enter your gun.  If you do, make sure you dont get the micro remote coil, it will starve your gun of CO2
