I think the real M4 that you have pictured looks hideous, but yours looks pretty good.

looks nice.  my only complaint is that the handguard on the barrel and the mag are too spaced apart, but you can't really do anything about that, so i'll let it pass.

good job.

I think it might look alittle better if you shave off the mp5 nob on the front behind the foregrip.

Looks really good. Removing the MP5 lip will make it look a lot better. Nice work as usual.

Very nice.

If I were you, I would get some black shrink wrap(I think thats the name) and put it over the SS line.

Hey nauzerlvr,

Looks great; I love shorty A-5s.  Who manufactures that stock or is it a custom cover/shroud?  Also, could you tell me where you got the site and if it comes with the swivel?

The stock is the regular CAR 6 position sliding stock made by Tapco. I
mounted a CAA Saddle on it that you can get from Opsgear. I got mine at a
local gun show before Opsgear started selling them. The swivel also came
from a gun show. It's just a weaver mounted sling swivel. The sight is an
NCStar Aimpoint replica.

The mag and magwell is brand new from Metadyne Industries. They now
offer several new items including the gas through M4 mag.

Here's their website:
http://www.metadyneindustries.com/catalog/

And this link takes you to the A5 section with the mag:
