So I'm trying to download the full version of americas army but its gunna take like 5 hours, and I dont wanna sit here that long, and if my computer doesnt have activity on it for a certain period of time, the internet connection will stop for a lil bit and kill the whole download... any ideas? edit: you can also ask me somthen if you'd like... ------------- "I AM a crossdresser." -Reb Cpl Forum Vice President RIP T&O Forum |

You can get the CD free from your local recruiting station. Let me know when you get it, that's the only game I play on a regular basis. On a related note-since I just recently moved and got DSL, I bought BF2 straight off. Now I remember why I quit playing that game-three to five minute loads, terrible ping times, it's a major system hog, and it takes me forever to even get out of it. AA > BF2. -------------

Exactly how I feel. Don't get me wrong, I am completely in love with that game, but the loads times are awful and its a HUGE memory hog. You need a super computer to run it well. On topic: download the torrent. Much faster, and it will resume ASAP if your connection cuts out. -------------
