hi i have a 98 custom w/ double trigger, rear end velocity adjustor, and flatline barrel and whenever i put in my tank it leaks from inside my tippmann.  I checked the o-ring on the bolt and its still there and good.  I dont know of any other place that would have a leak.  Pleasse leave sugestions and answers....thanks!

ok i just went out and shot it w/ air and i didnt hear the leak    the gun did get a lil cold though..its about 95 degrees here i dont know if that plays a factor or??..thanks

Make sure you cock the gun before you put the tank on or the valve can sometimes get stuck in the open position. Also, if you have the CO2 tank upside down when you screw it onto the gun, this may allow a lot of liquid CO2 to enter which can cause leaks or poor consistency.

You need to understand where leaks occur, the cause, and the way to fix them. Take a look at post #16 in Marker Trouble? Read Maintenance Archive for a primer on how the power valve goes together. Leaks in the gun can occur from only two sources. The screwed together gas fittings (the hose into the power valve) and inside the valve itself (the "O" ring on the plug and the sealing washer on the poppet valve). Only leaks from inside the power valve cause an audible leak of gas out the barrel.
