Why is that so bad? I thought the point of the show is to show what you could do. He just demonstrates. It's not to stick him in crazy places and see if he can get out, and I am pretty sure it's not advertised as such. ------------- Que pasa?

I like Les Stroud.
He has absolutely NO training....all the things he does...he learned on his own....and he carries his own cameras. Gotta respect that. Grylls is a British SAS veteran...I didn't watch the video....and I am sure somewhere in there is says that he isn't....but he really was. He even survived the French foreign legion Indoc....so he has my respect. Even after all that....Stroud is much more entertaining. And that is really what it is all about isn't it? I can't wait for the news that one of them died in the process of filming an episode. Seriously...I am looking forward to it. I think Stroud will die first...since he is alone most of the time. I'm pretty sure that is what both of them are in this for anyway....to see which one can survive the longest doing the dumbest crap possible. I have been cold/hot/wet/frozen/sweltering/sticky/nasty/eating things that would make a maggot vomit. And I didn't like it... ------------- RLTW |
