like the barrel its self doesnt wobble.. just the barrel adapter moves a bit. but u can't turn it when the front bolts are tightened so i just put teflon tape areound it and it seemed to work...but is there supposed to be an oring around the barrel or barrel adapter cause mine doesnt

nope, its probly just from being old. Make sure the front screws are tightened down all the way. A single wrap of electrical tape works well.

I had that problem with my A-5 with a flatline.  The paint wears off of the adapter and you can't tighten the screws enough to hold it.  You can use the tape trick above or what I did was get a large o-ring and place it over the adapter so it presses against the frame and the rear of the flatline.  You could also use some model airplane paint and repaint the worn areas of the adapter to build it up.

Yes, there is an o-ring on the barrel adapter.  That will most likely solve the issue.  I have a Scepter launcher with an integral barrel adapter that would slide right out of the gun even with the front bolts on.  Putting it through a lathe and adding an o-ring did the trick.  It's rock solid now.  Different situation but it shows you the good a little o-ring can do.

There's a channel (a ring) about midway on the adapter that goes all the way around.
