| Is there anything I need to make the switch?1 gun cp98,1 gun a-5 is there some kinda pressure kit or regulator?Where do you go to get hpa tanks retested and how often do you have too?Is it easy to fill hpa tanks yourself?thnx for help |

No, just use a high output tank. Fire stations or scuba shops can test tanks. If you have a scuba tank and a filling station, it's easy.

HPA tanks come with three types of output regulators that are on the tank: high-pressure, low-pressure, and adjustable. Stock Tippmanns without the low pressure kit (like your guns) use a high-pressure output tank. These tanks have RED regulators on them, so make sure when you buy the tank that you purchase a high-pressure output tank with a red regulator. Don't get an adjustable, you don't need it. ------------- WAR EAGLE!!! |

Not true in all cases. Only Crossfire uses Red regulators to signify that its high pressure. and blue is low pressure. Pure Energy tanks are way different. -------------

it is not a matter of changing the marker, only tanks, I use HPA on my A-5 with or without a remote line and CO2 on the 98c. Tanks are pretty well marked if buying new, you can always ask the sales folks if you are unsure.
