I am using an A-5 E-grip with a JJ Ceramic 14 inch and I am using whatever paintballs are available. I have not added any other upgrades to the marker. Right now, my accuracy is shoddy at best. I am new to paintball so I could use a little help trouble shooting this. What are some reasons for the lack of accuracy and what are some neccesary upgrades for improvement?

Your paint bore probably doesn't match the barrel bore and the paint is probably cruddy too. To see if the paint matches the bore, stick a paintball in the barrel, and blow. If it rolls out the paint is too small, if it has alot of resistance or gets stuck, the paint is too big. If you can get it out in one breathe and the ball has some resistance, its all good.

Practice will help you some.  You have to remember that you're dealing with a large amount of recoil w/ the a-5

The a-5 doesnt have that much recoil on semi automatic but on full auto it does. Thats why i got a 6 position car stock and it made my gun more accurate because the gun was know resting on my shoulder helping me to keep the gun straight and keeping it from wobbling. Keep in mind u can still see it move but it doesnt have as much movement. I would recomend a stock but thats just my preference.

Well, using Compressed Air instead of CO2 will help.  Or get a palmers stabilizer to use with CO2.

Hey 98cowboy, I have a question:  What purpose is served by repeatedly going into random posts and quoting the last poster?  Have you nothing intelligent to add to the topic?  If not, then you should probably refrain from posting.  To misquote a semi-famous saying:

"It is better to not post and let others think one is a fool, than to post drivel and remove all doubt."
