You linked an A5 and If I bought a paintball gun I would use it for paintballing.

I think he was trying to link to the 20th anniversary '98 that's been around for over a year now. Regardless, a powdercoated marker-stand, gold-anno steel-braid and screws and a couple of jewel stickers does not a limited edition make.
Kid, if you want to see some really limited edition markers, start looking at some of the late 90's autocockers. I have a 1 of 200 body style with a factory custom anno-job. eg. there isn't another one like it in the entire world PERIOD. It was my main marker for years, and will continue to be so after I replace the grip with a RACE frame and the valve with an MQ.
Oh, and having the Smart Parts symbol as your avatar isn't going to make you uber-popular with most of the older guys in this crowd.

Smart Parts can (and probably will) go fornicate themselves in a corner.

That reminds me DeTrevni. I'm printing out some nice patent art and taking it to the US Patent office in Alexandria, VA where I live and work on Monday. I'm also taking a copy of SP's new patent filing for a grip that allows gas to travel through it via hoses.

Yeah, I read that over MCB, but couldn't quite follow it. The whole patent process is a loss to me. Could you 'splain what's going on? SP trying to get a patent on the gas-through grip?

Basically, SP is trying to get at the invert mini not by using existing patents, but by getting a new patent that would allow them to serve a cease and desist all the while preventing any cost-lowing improvements to the mini's design. i.e. using hoses/lines in the grip rather than milled air channels.
Steve Davidson has some prior-art (older patents) as well as some schematics and ads that I'm trying to get scans of to take to the patent office and hand-deliver as counter-evidence to the patent. On top of which, he's setting up a 501 Corp (non-profit watchdog corp) of concerned paintballers to work on stopping the patent law abuse that SP is perpetrating as well as work on reversing previous rulings. It's something that I'd love to get in on as the "man on the ground" here in Alexandria. I live just 5 miles from the patent office and work just 8 blocks or so from it.
