I've got a zippo with certain sentimental value, that said, I'm not looking to replace it.

The hinge on it is becoming pretty loose, does anyone know a way to fix this?

I was in the same boat. I sent it in to Zippo requesting they replace the internals and tighten the hinge, explaining the sentimental value. When it returned, the hinge was fixed and they gave me back the old internals.

I had bought a Zippo awhile back and sent it in to get the hinge repaired.  Can't remember if I had paid anything, but if I did it was pretty miniscule.  It's worth it considering they aren't cheap lighters.
