Styro, I don't think a flatline is pointless on a pump. Extra distance is extra distance. It counts ever more when you're not able to throw down a wall of paint at the opposition.
I know a couple of guys up in NY who play O/C pump and they converted WGP Flatline A/Cs to Flatline Sniper-II's for that very reason. ------------- <Removed overly wide sig. Tsk, you know better.> |

E-Bolts have been discontinued for a few years now, as no one wanted to drop the $200+ price tag on a Tippmann. What they did was replace the internal hammer-spring system with a pneumatic ram, converting a low-end electromech. to a "high-end" electropneu. Problem was, it's not the best design, and stock, the mechanical BPS limit is around 15, and the board is capped at 13 BPS. With some customizing, it's not difficult to get the ram cycling at 20+ BPS though. As for where, eBay is your best bet, along with forums with a B/S/T section. If you look on the front of the Model 98 Build Off, Tallen linked to a person selling old E-Bolts for $135, but they are for the original m98, not 98 Customs, so you will need to modify the receivers of the newer 98's to fit it. ------------- Evil Elvis: "Detrevni is definally like a hillbilly hippy from hell"

They obviously are. It all depends on how you look at it though. Generally, they both follow the mp5 scheme Really though, it is a copy. They are of better value than the a5 though imo. But If I could go back, I would have bought an a5. |
