So I got into the living room, my mom is watching channel 9 ( Canadian channel, not sure if it's the same for you guys) This show called Chilly Beach is on, kind of funny, but we couldn't figure out if it was a children's show our more of a Family Guy kind of show ? Was just wondering. Noticed some domestic violence and whatnot and other things that American children shows would never have, but then again Canada seems to not care about what is said on their shows it seems which is what I love about some of the Canadian programs. |

I think its kinda in between. It is normally on CBC I have watched it a few times. It could be a kids show, but It also has some family guy sort of humor. -------------

Channel 9, comes from Canada. And jordan, I thought the same, at first I thought it was a kids show, but then some of the humor and stuff going on made it seem more for adults. It's funny, every other person has a hockey jersey on and people are inside a store wearing ice skates... |

I think its not a dora the explorer type show, nor is it a simpsons/ family guy show. I think it's for the ages in between.
*edit* Also, in Canada after 9pm it's not exactly hard to find porn on tv. |

Yea, the only Canadian channel we get is 9, which I think is CBC. After 9 they tend to have the shows that drop the f-bomb, something our shows would never do. |

-There are many canadian channels -There's little difference between the stuff allowed on American channels and the Canadian ones. -Chilly beach was never realy that popular anywhere. They play it uncensored here in the evenings. Yeah, watch CityTV here, after 9pm it's just porn. Showcase too. |

I live in the U.S. We only pick up 1 Canadian channel, that is channel 9 (CBC) which is why it's called the Canadian channel. Common sense. |
