So it snowed here today and it just happens to be the day after I got my license, and let me tell you driving a rear-wheel drive truck in the snow can prove to be very fun. So did any one else get any snow today or lately for that matter.

ZOMG you drive awesome !!!!!!

But really, it's supposed to snow here again after midnight, tomorrow morning should be interesting. Fresh powder in the school parking lot, dough nuts maybe ?

Oh ya, RWD truck with big V8 in snow = fun.

Well, it is white pretty fluffy and it's cold, but really it is pretty enjoyable.

EDIT:
You do not need a v8 to have fun in the snow, in fact it is people who have v8's who end up in ditches most often around here.

Freezing rain/sleet here. Today I used the 4-wheel drive in the Jeep for the first time this year.

No it is because they have an attitude like yours that think they are untouchable because they have a v8 under the hood and 4 wheel drive.

EDIT:
GI what part of omaha does your uncle live in.

The hell with V8s. I would rather have a Double Cab TRD Offroad Tacoma 4x4 with a V6 than any V8 truck or SUV out there.

no idea to be honest, last name is Suski though. i think he works at a bank or something. i think my cousin is still around the area too, he was working at an air port or something i think, he might've gone to texas already though.

I hate snow. It loses it's novelty after so long...it just becomes a chore, and brushing and scraping the snow off your car each morning makes you wish May was here.

Posted By: xXK1CK1NVV1NGXx

DA HUI: I don't get the point of a v8 either they get horrible gas mileage and everything.

GI: Suski doesn't sound familiar but if you ever in town to visit hit me up.

Never said I was untouchable.

I would never get a truck without a V8, the engine would have to be at least a 5.4 L, they can do so much more.

Ya there is a really pretty decent one called metro paintball games, there is also a place called Mad Cow Paintball which is where I usually go, because they are the only field with the choice of woods. Mad Cow also has a really sweet trench course.

EDIT:
What is the point what do you do that you need that much power?

My 2wd S10. Almost unstoppable with chains on and a ton of weight in it.

welcome to america. more power=more win. if i could i would get a v12 in a hummvee. i dont care what anyone says that would be awesome imo. and to any argument against it, "to each their own"

Wish I could throw some chains on my mazda, but I don't think there street legal, so I will have to stick with a good set of studded snow tires and lots of weight.

EDIT:
If it were something out of the ordinary like a v12 I would understand but if you are going to buy a v8 just to endanger your life and every one else around you then I think it is stupid.

Unless you need to do towing. I don't think a 5.7L 4wd full size toyota is going to be able to tow like our 3/4 ton chev

I love it when people act like the Internet is serious business, for all you know I could be a 65 year old woman somewhere in Mexico. It's the Internet dude. Don't assume someone acts the same towards people on line as they do in real life.

Just because you said that, I know you are not. Also why would you change the way you act with these people are you really that uncomfortable with yourself that you feel the need to impress people on the internet.

LOL, I just really don't get it. I don't think I have ever said anything to try to impress anyone on here. Anything I have posted I actually thought some may be interested in, I mean there is tons of stupid things, and things that I think are cool that I don't talk about on the forums just because I know every one won't like them.

Stupidest thing I've heard all day. Just having a v8 doesn't endanger anyone...
I drive a RWD V8 car... Yeah, it sucks to drive in the winter, but that's the price I pay to be comfortable.

I'd rather drive a luxury car than a truck anyday.
What REALLY endangers lives is people who feel the need to drive the biggest vehicle they can, then drive like an ass because, "Hey, I'll be alright if I crash."
