Link no workey.
Why don't you host it on an image site?
I don't really see how this would be an advance in paintball technology.

I don't know where you've been getting your figures from, but the Kriss SMG has a theoretical top-end of 1100rpm, not 1500rpm. At the theoretical speed of 1100rpm, the variable axis weight that is attached to the bolt begins to "wobble" as it isn't perfectly balanced in the system and starts to cause the whole fire-arm to shake like a washing-machine that has an unbalanced load.
It's nothing truly new. The "heavy" bolt method to counteract muzzle climb has been a staple of SMG's for over 70 years now. The off-set handle that puts the recoil force in-line with the shooters hand and arm is also an old development that was first introduced with the Russian Olympic-class small-bore pistol. The only "new" technology that the Kriss has produced is the off-set slide track for the bolt weight to follow to reduce recoil only slightly more.
The SMG has no capacity for the high ROF that it can achieve without issue and unless fed by a front-heavy drum mag, would put the shooter at a severe disadvantage when it came to a fire-fight using the automatic capabilities of the SMG.
In short, there's a reason the Soviets dropped the Pistolet Pulemjot Shpagina Model 1941 (PPSh-41) shortly after WWII. Ammo costs, feed problems, and poor tactical advantage. The same issues will plague the Kriss. It's a neat firearm to be sure, but nothing amazing by any leap of imagination.
