$300 on ebay with two games.....Not a bad deal.....Anyway, it's coming with CoD4(which I'm excited about) and some wrestling game...What else should I get? So far I'm thinking about Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed so far.... -------------  |

YES! BUY MASS EFFECT!
RENT ASSASSINS CREED! Assassins Creed is a great game. No doubt there. but it is a renters game. once you beat it, you wont play it again for a long time. i am looking forward to the sequels, but no rush there. Mass Effect. Easily the best game I have played in a long long time. And a truly great RPG. I have a few complaints but nothing worth listing. Amazing game.Ive already beaten it twice. I just couldnt stop playing. I have forced myself not to touch it for a long time. |

Yeah, too poor to buy/build a new system, otherwise I would probably stick to the pc.....But yeah, I have a seriously hard time believing that cod4 sucks, just from what I've read/seen....Also, Linus, is Assassin's Creed like "rent it" short? Cause if so, I may just do that....And has anyone actually played Mass Effect? It looks incredible.... Edit: Kris, sneaked that one in on me....good to know though...thanks  ------------- |

Skillet hats CoD 4 for some reason.....It's one of the best console shooters I've ever played(bow down to goldeneye). Halo 3, is alright. I have it and like playing it online, but prefer CoD. Skate as choop suggested is amazing. Little bit hard at first, but after that straight goodness(if you like skating games). Forza 2: Looks amazing, crazy customization on cars. Way too "realistic" of driving for me, so that's my review for that. Assassin's Creed I need to get, but I've heard 50/50 on it. I also heard Bioshock is amazing, but no online play. I just remembered. R6: Vegas. Very good game. ------------- Que pasa?

bioshock is amazing, i thought assassins creed was good but for the time in invested in it the ending was like the ending to the sopranos. i liked mass effect and i also heard that the decisions that you made in the game carry over to the sequels. -------------

You need to point out Goldeneye 64 is the greatest game ever. didnt they make another "Goldeneye" that sucked big time?
I will agree Goldeneye 64 is an unbeatable game in terms of greatness. Followed closely by KOTOR and Mass Effect. Both made by Bioware. |

I don't recall another goldeneye for 64, they did make Perfect Dark which had the exact some controls/movements, had some cool weapons but no where near the play-ability of goldeneye. ------------- Imagine there’s a picture of your favourite thing here. |

Don't get me wrong... Assassins Creed is a fantastic game, and of decent length. It just has no replay at all unless you want to run around grabbing flags and utterly destroying helpless guards to your uber-assassin skills.
Rent it... or find a person who will sell it cheaply. -------------

i like perfect dark a lot better...it's the same game but with better multiplayer, weapons, and options...and the story was a lot cooler -------------

I tend to rent games without multiplayer. However, BioShock was excellent, definitely worth it and deserving to be made into a movie. I've wanted to play Mass Effect, but I've heard some negative things about it's combat and AI. Anyways, CoD4 is by far one of the best online games out there and I tend to play it over Halo 3. |

combat isnt bad, if you dont think before you run into a room with bad guys, you'll get killed fast ive learned. ai, yeah can be dumb, but they can be overwhelming at the same time. |

Yeah, Bioshock and Mass Effect are definitely on the list. As for Forza, is it like street racing? That's the type of game I'm looking for, I'm diggin NFS Underground 2 on ps2 right now....I was thinking about NFS Carbon....Not sure though....
