Is screwed up yet again, it is starting to make me mad I am sick of paying 5

It is messed up, it has been for various different reasons a lot lately. It is
really making me angry ps2 and ps3 online is offered for free and I recall no problems with ps2 online, and I have heard of no problems with ps3 online. So why is it that something you pay for can suck so bad when something you don't pay for performs like it is supposed to. ------------- <Sig violation, Section 1> |

Yahh it is screwy but when it does work its awesome hopefully even though ps3's home really doesn't rival live they will make it free and better soon.

PSN is working fine I played CoD4 for hours today, no problems. And a.. yeah, concerning your problem, I have been reading on Engadget that XBL is still messed up; you're not alone. |

It was annoying the hell out of me to play CoD yesterday. Took like 25 minutes to get a game started after I was in the room. Kept telling me I needed an active network connection even though I was connected and it told me I had friends online ------------- Que pasa?

The reason why there was never any problems with PSN is because it is never updated to make the thing better. If you just leave it alone, there wont be as many problems.

Ya xbox live was a bit screwy for me yesterday, but it was fine this morning until about 12:30 then it kept having problems so I just collected all of the skulls on Halo 3. Now nothing works. I cannot use matchmaker at all, because everytime it gets all of the players found it restarts it's search. I only have the free 30 day trial right now so I hope it gets fixed soon. -------------

4 days of inconsistent service now. This is ridiculous. XBOX Live is 13 cents a day. 13 x 4 = 52 cents per user. What is 52 cents times 8 million XBOX Live users. $4,160,000 is how much money Microsoft has now made from a community of people who are paying for a service that is not being provided to the lengths of which was promised. Thatz over $4 million dollars that Microsoft gladly puts in their pocket and offers no compensation. Just goes to show how the little guy gets thinner and the big guy gets fatter. It's prolly cause everyone and their grandmother that got new 360s for Christmas just swamped the network....They'll work it out....I've been having issues since I signed on the first time, but part of my problem is my router, which I haven't taken the time to set up properly....

Same with me. I though it couldve been a problem on my end because I just installed a router today, but it connected fine when I was playing a game. I just couldn't get on it while on the dashboard. -------------

See, I cannot access Live from the dashboard, it just keeps doing its "loading" screen, but through the game, I can get on Live. I dont know, Im new to this so im patient. -------------

Ya, same thing happened to me, it is really starting to make me mad I really want some compensation from microsoft because it has been two strait days of being unable to play. I played Gears last night and DLed pacman on xbl arcade, and had no problems....My main problem with xbl is that I'm a newb who sucks and is using a more experienced player's xbl account cause it came with the 360....I need to just break down and spend 50 bucks....lol...

Ya, the problem isn't with gears it is with cod4 and h3 to only to games I happen to own. As for getting the new account you could always just delevel the account aka lose levels by sucking on purpose, then you would save money. ------------- <Sig violation, Section 1> |

I had no problems with CoD4 or H3 today at my friend's house, nor the entire time I had Live. Still waiting for Microsoft to send me a coffin... -------------

| Your gamertag might be messed up. My halo worked great yesterday morning, later went to a friends house and his didn't work. I thought maybe his internet was wack so we went back to my house and tried it. We recovered his gamertag and everything started to not work at all. I finally deleted his profile off my harddrive and he played as a guest, then everything worked great. |

I tried playing today, it was horrible. Probably 6 games in 4 hours. It wouldnt find a game, kept locking up. It wouldnt freeze, it just wouldnt let you do anything for a good couple of minutes. And on the dashboard, Marketplace, Live and one other option just stayed on the loading screen. -------------
