I had a sandwich, with provolone, pepperoni, turkey, ham, and some garlic mayonnaise I made (which I'll probably regret later).

And your all star diet is definitely one that someone would follow their whole life.

I mean life is good if I can do all my grocery shopping at GNC right?

It amuses me to hear that you think the only way to get healthy is to take protein and supplements.  I don't anymore, and I guarantee I'm probably one of the top 5-10 most fit people on here.  The ONLY supplement I take is Osteo-Biflex, and that's for repair, not building. Think what you want though.

Naw im not sayin that I do that everyday, just today thats what happened. I'm usually at work so I do eat proper lunches. And the only reason why I didnt eat anything before  the pre workout supplement "blow" is because it has to be taken on an empty stomach for maximum results. And more protien to help aid in the recovery of my muscles.
