Okay, So we've been having ding-dong ditchers at our house, eggs thrown etc etc.

Tonight, we had another incident with these delinquents. We chased them home [These kids were dumb enough to run directly home], and then called the police. The police showed up; and did nothing. We filed a police report, and the attacks have kept coming.

Since these kids are younger than 18, I'd love to bust out my paintball gun, but I can't. I dont want to give paintball a bad name, nor smatter it with a bad image.

Does anyone have an alternatives to unharmful / unlethal punishment, most likely a minimal lawn damage?

I'd prefer it not to be a deadly incident, nor an issue that could result in a fatality, but more of a "hey back off you've messed with the wrong person"

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and does anyone know how to stop these attacks from happening?

Or do the same thing. You know where they live. Do it to their house.

Call the city and complain. The police should be doing something about it. Vandalizing is illegal, therefore the kids should be fined and given community service and clean your house.

Put a couple of these in strategic places in your yard. Then set up a wildlife camera to catch them in the act if the little bastards evade the bear traps.

i would set up a camera to tape them and go show the parents. also press charges.

o yea....depending how your yard is set up and the routes they take put down boards with nails sticking out of them. thats what they tell battered women to do that are affrade of the person that beats them...

i like that idea. what i would do is sit out with an airsoft gun, but like you said that causes a bad image. paint gets messy, and pending the distance, not as accurate. with airsoft, just aim low so you dont hit their faces and watch for windows and wild life. if they choose to act like barbarians, fight back like one. i do not encourage vandalism, but you DO know where they live...hint hint.

Ok, when some kids from school were planing to tp a friends house we got about 15 people together with air horns. When the kids came to tp that night we all jumped out of where we were hiding and chase them until they split up and they never came back.

Another time, me and a friend asked the neighbors if we could park in there drive way witch was across the street. We turned off the car and lights and everything and when the people showed up we turned on the car which was loud do to the glass pack on it and we revved the engine and flashed the brights, then we chased them and singled one out and chased him for awhile in the car.

So I just got tp'd tonight actually, I know who did it, so I simply took the tp and went and tp'd the outside of one car. After I did that I sprayed some water on the tp to make it difficult to remove. I then went into the unlocked garage and proceeded to fill the kids unlocked car with all of the tp he used on my yard. All of this with the help of my good friend who just happens to be the kids younger brother. I am waiting for them to wake up and be like ok dude lets go ok will take my maxima, steps outside...foul lanuage, friend says lets take my car ok dude...Steps in garage goes to get in the two seater delsol, and the realizes the kid he tp'd is not a complete idiot.

I really don't think this will help you, because I am sure you are not friends the the vandals younger brother. I am also pretty sure from what you described that the kids can't drive therefore have no cars. But I figured it would be better to put it here rather than start a new thread. The whole reason I got tp'd is because the kid made me angry so me and the kids brother turned his stash of (INSERT WORD FOR MARIJUANA) into his mom. The kid then found out it was us because our story of the cat sniffed it out wasn't working for us. The best part about this is, the kid was supposed to be selling a good amount of what he had to some kids from my school the night we gave it to his mom.

I am pretty sure you would have
turned him in if he had smoked in your car. So don't flame people before
you know the whole situation and how it has built up to this point. Also
we could have ruined his life and turned him into the cops but we didn't.
Also my friends mom is pretty cool, all she did was take the pot and get

You shouldn't narc your own brother out to your parents... No one likes a
tattle-tale.

Think of it as you don't smoke, and you never plan to, not only that but
what your brother is smoking in your car is illegal. Also, he didn't even try
to air out the car, he hot boxed it and the only ventilation the car got was
when they opened the doors to get out. Also when he smoked in the car
he left some of the seeds and stems on the floor, so what if my friend had
gotten pulled over, he would have been the one in trouble. Then to top all
of that off his brother is a seller so he had lots of pot in his house, had
the cops come to his house do to some one else narching, every one in
the house would have been in trouble.

Yeah, and now he probably owes his guy money. And higher-up connects are not the kind of people you want to be late in your payments to. Guess he shouldn't have been dumb enough to leave his dope somewhere someone could find it/get at it especially if his brother's a narc...

There's just a code... You don't rat people out for something like that IMO. And I felt that way long before I ever smoked anything.

Thing is it isn't really considered vandalism because it leave no permanent damage. Now, if they egged a car and it screwed up the paint, then THAT would be vandalism.

But the police could still get them on disturbing the peace.

Ya, we told his mom, he is 17 and me and my friend are both 16, he had
an illegal substance in his house that could have landed everyone around
him a possession charge. I honestly don't car that he had the pot but you
don't go smoking in someones car especially if you didn't ask, and if you
are dumb enough to do it at least air it out and clean up after yourself.
Also none of you know this kid, he is one of the most destructive kids I
have ever met, he drives 45 around the neighborhood when kids are
around, and all in all is reckless. If some one doesn't step in he is going to
kill himself or some one else around him.

How about put Vaseline on the outside of their car and then Plastic Wrap the hell out of their car. Then sparypaint it an unusual colour.

First even if a cop noticed seeds or stems on the floor all he could do was search the car. Sence you are such a nice boy he wouldn't find anything and let you go.
Second if he did have weed in the house no one other than the owner(of the durgs) would be charged. They would know the owner cause i bet you would even tell the police whos it was. I guess family doesnt mean that much to you.

You obviously don't know Nebraska laws on this, if you are within said
amount of feet of the drug when it is found, you are instantly charged
with possession. Also he is not a big dealer, he just wishes he was, he

this is probably only used when the owner cannot be identified. Like i said before they probably wont have a problem with that.
