| I just bought a Evil pipe kit for my new 98 custom from firstcall. The Barrel wont thread into my gun but it will into my friends older 98c. Is there a thread adapter you can get to make a older barrel fit the new thread. |

| I ended up calling tippmann and doing some research. They did change the barrel thread around the 500k serial number. Newer barrels will work on old gun but not the other way around. Tippmann parts has a adapter for sale for 17 which sucks but im happy that i can use my pipe kit. |

wait a minute... you have a new custom and your friend has an old custom. the barrel fits his but not yours?
