To start off i know that silencers are illegal. BUT from what I've read there illegal because they can silence real firearms. My i dea was to build a silencer in to and around the barrel so that it cant be removed or used for firearms. what do you think? ------------- 98 Custom 12" Proto Barrel 98 custom tactical forend (modified) TAPCO folding Stock Custom trigger job "A closed mouth gathers no foot" |

back when i was a newbie i tried to make a silencer, or flash supressor. (that darn flash, charlie always saw me by that) i had plans that involved pvc and some steel wool. needless to say it didn't work well, and made my gun cumbersome. the best way to be a silent stealth assassin is to pick your shots carefully and quack like a duck when you pull the trigger so as to mask the sound of your marker. -------------  SPEAD GUN YOUR FACE!!

Sure you could build it into the barrel, but the ATF would still consider it highly illegal. They dont have much flexibility on those things, as a few upgrade companies have found out. Sorry, gotta lock this just like all other silencer threads. -------------
