I currently have a spyder imagine and I'm looking to buy a new gun. I either want to get a tippmann x7 or a-5. Witch one is better? I have just enough money to buy an x7 and in the future I want to buy upgrades. My spyder is completly stock. |

Can't say which one is "better". They're very similar in design.
Right out of the box, and with standard trigger setups... I think the A-5 has a better trigger. That is negated if you get the E-gripped model of either design. If you don't need the milsim feel of the picatinny rails... the A-5, given it's got a lower price tag, might be a better choice for you. |
