Indie music is one of the few genres so boring that I want to do something less boring like do laundry or read warning labels.

Nothing against indie I just find it to be way to slow and uneventful.

Indie isn't even really a genre....
I mean, it's just a really broad descriptor..... You could have indie hip hop,
indie metal, indie electronica, what have you.

So, I think what you mean is that you don't like independent acoustic or folk
music...

Well yea I am just used to calling it indie, I do love Bob Dylan and other various artists I just find that most of it isn't my cup o' tea.
