There is this kid (Timmy) at my school he is 18, hes a sophomore
and in about 4 freshman classes. After you get done reading this you will
see why he is where he is.

A few days ago Tim decided to go for a drug run with his friend. (he
already had some on him). So they went and stole a Hummer to
drive there. The police caught him so he decided to escape them by
crashing the hummer into a ditch and totaling the vehicle. Then when all
else failed he tryed to resisted arrest. I think the charges were, grand
theft auto, running from the cops, possetion of drugs, and resisting
arrest. I think there might have been more but im not sure. Thats a whole
new level of stupidity, stealing a hummer which is bown to run out of fuel
within the first mile and it has GPS tracking, running from the cops
and crashing it doesnt even make sence to me. Then when you know your
in it big time resisting arrest, what you think you can escape the big guys
with hats and guns.

He has no mental condition, and he wasnt on anything. not even sure
what he was thinking either....

Do you know anyone who did something as stupid as this?

Once we clued in on the fact that life is finite, the thought of losing it didn't scare us anymore. The end comes no matter what, all that matters is how you wanna go out, on your feet or your knees?

I just noticed that he has a language related strike.  Perhaps it's for abuse of the English language as opposed to foul language?

Ha. I know several people with better arrest stories than that.

One of them did a couple smash and grabs, stole his mom's SUV, and robbed a party store that was closed for the night. He "got away" with all kinds of liquor and cigarettes and whatnot.
Apparently he ate a candybar in the store and left his fingerprint on the wrapper, which he threw on the floor.
Dumbass.

They found him passed out drunk under some lady's porch the next night.

I've got a friend who spent his summer in Jail because he robbed a Dunkin Donuts (basically walked in, opened the register and took money without anyone asking what he was doing), stole an Audi, ran from the cops and totalled the car.

He's actually a real smart and cool kid though.

Actually I  just remembered a really dumb story my cousin told me about some of his friends. They decided that they were gonna rob a convienence store or something like that and got together and planned this all out. Then the day came and everything went according to "plan". Now as these idiots were walking down main street with bags in hand and they hear the school bell ring to signal the end of the day. It just so happens that they were walking right past this school when everyone came pouring out. Needless to say they got caught and ended up going to juvy for a awhile.
