I have a 98 Custom with response trigger and cyclone feed. I am chopping balls like crazy (NOT breaking in the barrel). I can see that the balls are getting caught in between the bolt and the body right where the balls are feeding in. But I can't tell if they are feeding too fast or too slow. Is there a way to diagnose this problem further? I took it apart and cleaned/oiled everything, and it's still doing it. I am tempted to just take it to my local shop, but if this is an easy fix, I would like to attempt it myself and save some money. Here's a pic. Not great quality, but I think you can see where it's getting stuck. EDIT: I am also having problems with having to recock.

Swollen balls? Is there any resistance when you push them into the breech? |

| The balls are brand new, good quality, and not swollen. They fall into the breech without any resistance. I have been able to determine that the recocking issue is being caused by the shell of the ball jamming the bolt. |

| For anyone interested, the problem turned out to be the sear spring. When the response trigger was installed, the shop didn't change over the spring to the heavier one. I replaced the spring and it works great. |

| I had forgotten about that heavier spring for the R/T. I'm probably due to replace some of those parts later this summer, so thanks for reminding me. |

I also have a 98 Custom with the RT and Cyclone and a J&J Barrel and a The Adapter for the Cyclone and RT and a Expansion Chamber and a Double Trigger.
