Is there any way to offset the alignment of a column by about half a cell from the other columns? Example (Photoshopped):

An economics assignment. The marginal cost and marginal revenue columns are usually offset like that.

Why don't you just photoshop the whole thing then?

Because that would be inefficient...

I suppose, but isn't it more in efficient to sit here and wait on a group to figure it out for you. I mean you don't even know if people are still trying to figure it out. Plus if you did it in photo shop you could save it for future use thus making your "inefficiency" a worth while thing to do.

I know in 2007 there is kind of a way to do it.  If you merge cells together in columns A and B you can make it look like that.

Actually, it's very efficient to post here and let other people try to find it for me. I don't have to have this assignment finished til later this week, and by posting here, maybe some one will find the answer before the last minute when I may have to search even harder than I already have, or find an alternative method. Using photoshop would still be inefficient, even if I saved it because entering text into the cells in photoshop would be a pain, plus I may need more or less cells than I have in the image in photoshop.

Please, no more dumb ideas.

Why did you start a thread about titanium, instead of just searching? Because you thought someone in the thread may already know something specific about it. He figured someone here may be an excel whiz, know someone who is.

I don't know much about excel, but THE goto source for help on excel features is http://www.mrexcel.com - here .
