Except when you take the gatorade and mix in free water you've created more gatorade for free.

so BAM IN YO FACE!

i like the grape.  G2 doesn't make me have to pee as much as regular gatoraide, but you are right about it just being watered down.

its about time. with normal gatorade your body cant process all of the electrolytes. watered down you'll be able to do it. obviously if you did it yourself like mentioned about, more cost effective.

what about this new Tiger Gatorade?

The Tiger Key Lime is good.

G2 does not rehydrate as well as regular Gatorade either.

Green Gatorade Rain FTW!!!!

But if the bottle is filled all the way then how do I add more water? Plus the water at my school sucks, it is all warm and gross. So if I were to want to make it to the same quality as G2 I would either have to bring my own water or buy one, thus making any gains pointless.

I don't like Propel. I cannot properly describe it, but something just always tastes off to me, like it is soured or something.

I think we can all agree that Gatorade > Powerade.

I will drink Gatorade if I am doing something that brings about a lot of perspiration (which in Florida is actions like walking, or thinking hard), but I don't just drink it casually. I already have enough heart concerns as it is.

And if we are commenting on non-carbonated beverages, VitaminWater is the dumbest thing ever. They all taste the same, and really have none of the crazy elixir properties they claim to have. It is just a bazillion rainbow colored sugar waters.

I moved/stocked 10 cases of Arizona, 5 cases of Faygo, 5 cases of Red-Bull, all kinds of Monster and a bunch of other crap last night.
All while taking care of customers, bagging ice, changing trash, taking inventory, and cleaning etc.

Cry moar.

They both have electrolytes.

It's got what plants crave.

Gatorade is good for physical activity, but I don't drink it besides that usually. I like Vitamin Water as an alternative to soda, something to just drink throughout the day, leave on your desk, keep in the car, ect. It's less sugary and syrupy than gatorade, so I like it better for just casual drinking I guess.

Im not a big fan of the g2's the purple reminded me of cough syrup. I like the green rain the best, then green powerade.

Vitamin water lemonade and xxx are the only really good ones.

check the calories/sugar on these things...

they're terrible for sitting on the couch and drinking...

propel is where it's at.

Likw MBD says.. for just sitting around at home, I drink water roughly 75% of the time. The rest it's either Arnold Palmer of Tropicana OJ (Grovestand preferably).

I basically only drink pop/soda at work, and only then because I have to buy bottled water, but I get fountain pop for free.

I know it's not good for you, but it's not really a habit, and I'm lucky if I drink a few a month.  But I do agree, propel is awesome. I love all of them, except for lemon. Most drinks are bad for you though, which is why I drink water most of the time when just sitting around.
On a little side note of how bad soda is for you, when I started working at a restaurant, you are running around all night, and I have access to the bar and soda taps. I was probably drinking like 4-5 sodas a night to stay hydrated at first, which was terrible, I broke out like it was no one's business. Once I realized how many I was downing,, it was crazy because you don't really realize it until you think about it. Now I go for cranberry and seltzer most of the time, nice and refreshing and the cran has a lot of antioxidants and what not. That and unsweetened iced tea, which has sort of grown on me.

Read moar, the water from the drinking fountains at my school is warm, this would make my beverage warm, thus defeating the purpose of a cold beverage. If the water were good at my school I wouldn't even buy gatorade/g2. I used to bring water from home, but my mom got sick of buying cases of water because I would end up drinking a case before wednesday.
