Wow that's pretty cheap for a 2000. Liability?

There was some technical loopholes I found out about (working at a bar is great...you talk to so many people, one of them happened to be an insurance plan write who gave me a lot of great tips on insurance). So I let my parents know, they ran it by the plan writer, and it's all good. It had a lot to do with my parents only "owning" 1 vehicle (my dad's cars are through his business), so it looks like it's not MY car on the plan because there are more drivers than there are cars in our family (on paper), so it's assumed I am not a full time driver of the jeep. We had a good insurance writer that worked with us that helped a lot too. It's a really high deductible, like $1000, but I have collision, so god forbid I wreck, I'm covered. The doors are little roughed up(not terrible, but noticeable) since the previous owner took them off and must have laid them down after taking them off, so I'm obviously not going to report a dent or something small, but it IS there just in case. I lucked out though, talking to that guy was like a miracle.

I don't know what mine is, but I know it's over 1k a year for liability on my truck.

I have had 0 accidents, 0 tickets, drivers ed discount, but I have no good grades discount. I end up paying a little less than a friend who has a mustang.

I was lucky, when I got my license it prompted my parents to change insurance providers and the cost with the new provider for the tree of us was actually less than the old one with just my parents.

I don't know the costs, though.
