Well i've been good a keeping this a secret for this long, but it's just about time to finish this up so i guess i can go ahead and give out a few glimpses. This is a 1:1: copy of a cheytac M200.
It runs on low pressure (200psi) air. It has a all mechanical pneumatic ram and trigger, and is fed with a 10 round spring feed, via bolt action. Theres a lot more but i'm sure there will be questions... On with the pics!
A bit of milling..
One doo-hickey :)
One thing-a-ma-bob...
Some more milling and a bit of aluminum...
Hmmm... going to need a new grip :)
better get started...
getting there...
...
The trigger and another thingy-jingy...
Mating the grip to the rail...
Making progress...
A little "extra" A5,...
That a bit better...
Some of the do-hickeys in action...
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClflXTiGsz0" - Trigger video
Going to need a mag to hide some stuff..
Made some room inside...
Yes, more thing-a-ma-bobs :)
A little detail work...
Much better...
Were going to need to cock this thing...
MMMMM, bolt goodness..
bolt handle..
bolt complete
Had a little set back, had to find somewhere to hide .700 cubic inches of air...
This spot worked out nice :)
Made a custom tombstone and volume chamber to fit...
.707 cubic inch volume chamber...
Fits like a glove, i should have made it one piece but this is more serviceable.
Shroud time.... barrel adapter,

Starting the carry handle...
ViolA!
stock rail stops...
welding up the Bi-pod tabs...
On to the barrel, need to extend it and add a muzzle break...
Test fit..
I used steel rods for the stock slide rails so it would be nice and sturdy, so i had to make some aluminum attachment points i could weld to...
Heres the side plates i need to weld on...
All welded up and bent to the contour of the top peice... I changed the cheek rest from the left to the right for mask clearance. it ended up giving me the perfect amount of mask clearance for my flex 8
Test fit, and ready to tack...
All ground and buffed out :D
Almost done...
Gets nice an small for transport...
The big picture, still cant decide on wheter or not i should add the barrel extension, or just add the muzzle break? What does everyone think:question: ...

And your marker will look like it was made from PVC and a dremel. If you can make something up to par with Cl0ne out of PVC while only using a dremel to fabricate it, you sir are brilliant.
Anyone can shave PVC, and it looks like poorly shaved PVC. Clone has a milling machine and lathe of his own, which probably cost the price of a decent car.
Hell, I have access to a mill and cant do half the stuff he does. I cheat and use CAD, and it still doesn't work.

a5 brotha. there was a picture. but in my opinion he could make his own platform and just build his own gun types. He basically built this one except for the a5 recievers. I think tippmann might want to talk business with Cl0ne. that'd be sweet

I took a break the last two days, back to work today. I was able to get most of the done, just need to add the little jack leg, finish off the bottom, an add the butt plate. Tomorrow I'm doing the final tear down and will hopefully have it all %100 (minus paint) The weather looks good this week so hopefully i can get to the range and get some video, (and a little trigger time :D ) before i pack it up and ship it off.:(

Seriously Clone, you really kick ass man! You obviously study or work in the industry like a mechanical engineer or something. Everything is perfect and fit really smoothly! You are gifted! Really, it is the nicest paintball sniper that I will probably ever see in my whole life.
Is it made mostly in Alu? Because otherwise it would probably be way too heavy. Can you reveal the cost that you are selling it? Just to have an idea if I want to place an order with you!
Just can't wait that you comeback with a report in regards to the accuracy of the gun!
Man you did a godly job on that gun. You should seriously start talking business with Tippmann or other big paintball company!

Alrighty then, update time :D Well i had everything ready to go, and POOF! i had another digital gauge go up in flames, well not literally but they all (including different brands) seem to end up "freaking out" and only display jumbled data.
Either way the end result is that it had to go. So I'm putting in a regular mini gauge instead :( I hate to compromise but im out of time and money to pursue it any longer, i'll revisit it again later.
Anyway, Other than that and paint, she is done. And looking good i might add :) Shes a bit dirty from me molesting it every time I pass by it in the shop, so ignore my dirty paw prints all over it.

Ozwarg, i lost count on the hours a Loooong time ago, the cost wasnt so bad though, the parts only add up to a couple hundred, it's the work involved.
Judge, I get my aluminum local pretty cheap, there are places on line you can grab it if you cant find anything around you. Thats a hefty chuck of Al. What are you planning to do with that? :) It would cost you around a hundred bucks online, plus about 20lbs worth of shipping charges.
Getting a mill all depends on budget and what size your work will be, you can pick up a cheapie at harbor freight for around $450 right now, next size up is about 1k, but well worth the extra coin. I would suggest getting one from grizzly if your going the bench top route, a little more coin but better service, fit, finish etc,.

The rubber i use is a basic 2 part urethane, you can get it at most of the mold supply shoppes try smooth-on, they have pretty wide selection. They run about $100 a gallon and up.
The old punisher post on spec-ops had all the mold making info, but all the pics were deleted from putfile. Maybe i'll do up another "How-to"
Heres my new "08" version, the new grips are a solid one peice design, and fit the X7 and A5 :) just finished the molds and started shipping the grips a few days ago:)...
