Well, I broke out Forza 2 again, and I'm looking to see if anyones interested in helping me out either putting together another painting competition (Tical where you at) or messing around drifting with me a bit. Anyways, I have probably logged at least 20 hours playing this in the past week or two. I don't play it often, but when I do, it's addicting... -------------

Ok guys. We either need someone to donate some cars for the winners or do it just for bragging rights, which I'm good with. It's up to you guys, if you want to just do paint or a paint and race competition. Anyways if anyone is around now, I'm either going on Forza or H3 (new maps for the win).

Yeah, since we failed to do so last time, getting all the cars together in a race would make for some nice photos. Everyone would just have to save the replay then snap pics of w/e they want.
So, I imagine we'd all need to use the same car again, so does anyone have suggestions? |

Okay, so the newest Fairlady Z it is. Deadline for all painting is Friday, April 25th at 11:59 PM EST. Race will be hosted the next day, Saturday, April 26th at 10:00 PM EST. Anybody want a change or suggest a move? For me, the race really needs to be on a Friday or Saturday unless we do a weekday one at an earlier time. -------------

| My ladys bday is on the 25th, so I'm not sure how much I'll be around the 26th. Otherwise my schedule is pretty wide open after friday. I'm scrambling to win races to afford more upgrades. Recently I've been making ridiculously fast cars just for kicks and its drained my pocketbook of CR. |

Yeah, I've been selling some of my paint designs and tunes so thats where most of my income is. I have my car situated with the upgrades I want on it, now I just have to tune it because its an understeering beast...

I think we should do like 3 tracks, 3 separate races. Tsukuba has to be one, then I'd say Suzuka or Laguna Seca (although I loathe them both), and something like either Mugello or Silverstone. And for the winner of the whole thing, we could do some kind of scoring system for each race. I suspect the results will be fairly consistent among us. -------------

Yeah, maybe we can separate it into different categories, like racing-type (logos, decals, etc.) and fantasy/themed, one submission for each?

| I'm not sure what to catagorize mine as, but I like how it's turning out. Lets just say two submissions max, and that way you can do one race, one fantasy if you want, or just two of whatever the person is good at. |

for the tracks, i vote tsukuba, leguna seca, and maple valley. Really, i'll race any track. It doesn't even have to be a schedule, really. I just want a large room with some good, even competition. they're all easy tracks that should provide good races, not to mention the lower-end U999s pretty much blow for tight corners. My Z is pretty much ready. I'm confident it will be a strong competitor in all subjects. I suppose i'll do a couple more paintjobs just to see what i can come up with. ------------- X |
