I was wondering if I could find a way to mount everything, could I move the co2 under the barrel, kind of like in this photo? also, is it possible to take an expansion chamber off of a 98 custom and rig it to work for a pro carbine??

They used to make a part for moving the tank. I don't know where you'll find that big red X you want to put on the end of the grip though.

sorry i ment it and mines not mutch more than a modified cig lighter bracket from my boat had to replace the cig liter cuz it rusted and on a boat that just isnt safe ------------- ~square peg~ |

Here is a link for an expansion chamber that allows you to mount the tank to the bottom of it and you could swing the tank forward. just get a drop forward and switch the direction of the female reciever and it would put the tank somewhat where you want it. i saw a post of someone that did it a few weeks ago. i'll make a picture to show what i mean though. and you could actually just unscrew the valve where your tank screws into and screw it in backwards. the tank will angle down but its in the front. if you wanted it straight though you would have to get a drop forward and do it. these are some pics of what im trying to say. http://www.flickr.com/photos/14361936@N07/ - http://www.flickr.com/photos/14361936@N07/ |

| That is possible, but not without doing some metal work on your gun. Can I ask why you intend on doing this? it would be a very front heavy gun and possibly hard on your trigger hand. |

you need to first find the standard and to scale pictures of the tank and gun. then you could think about how to mount it. b/c if thats a 20oz tank the attachment you've created in paint would have to be longer. people have mounted their tanks vertically, i've even seen a tank mounted directly to an expansion chamber (in the grip). what i've heard about those thought is that they kick like a mule. |

You could do the reverse drop forward idea. I know spec ops used to sell a reverse ASA adaptor. Here is a pic of it on the A5.

Reversed tanks* are a real space saver, but there is a downside to them when runnig with CO2. As you elevate the barrel to shoot at more distant targets you also tip the tank allowing liquid CO2 to pool around the tank valve. This can freeze up in small spaces (like air hoses) and cause marker stoppages. In garrick's marker, the liquid CO2 would not be all that far from the marker valve either. *Also known as "Hawaiian Style." Edited Note: The link I had for a place that used to sell all kinds of Pro Carbine parts is no longer any good. I also did a search for the part you need but had no luck. -------------
