Soo boring, soo old, why must they show it for hours on end? Worse yet, it sparked a bunch of other and equally as crappy shows like Ice Road Truckers and Axe Men.

I say if they really want to make a "man" show, Film Smoke-Jumpers those guys are insane, and thats probably one of the coolest jobs around... its like being a Mercenary Fireman.

| I like watching Deadliest catch. When a guy falls over or a boat turns over, it gets exciting. Seeing how the people react with each other is fun too. It's actual real life people doing real life stuff and not being payed my MTV to act like they hate each other, but in reality, they hang out and are friends. |

I'm not a big fan of most television at all, but Deadliest Catch is a nice break from the  they play on other networks. When it comes time to watch America's Next Top Model, Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, I Love New York, Housewives of Orange County, Housewives of New York, Real World, Road Rules, etc... I leave the room. It makes me angry that shows like that are on television. I cannot bear to be there while they're on.-------------

What can I say, I love that show! I bought a hoodie, hat, and mug from the FV NW yesterday, just thought I'd spread the coupon love. I'm not ashamed to admit it, I have a man-crush on the Hansen brothers.
The plan for last night was to eat Opilio (snow) crab legs and drink a bunch of beer while watching the 4-hour Deadliest Catch marathon they had going last night for the premier, but I got off work with just 15min to spare until the premier of the new season. Honestly, the only thing keeping me from signing on with a processor for a year and then spending a few years on a crab-boat right now is the fact that I found the girl I want to marry and disappearing to Dutch Harbor for a few years would put a major kink in those plans. ------------- <Removed overly wide sig. Weeeellll.... seeing as how international broadcasts that had the strength to be intercepted in space didn't start occurring until the 1930's, chances are they wouldn't think too highly of our species anyway. Especially since the vast majority of the images beamed into space dealt with the beginning of WWII and Hitler's proclamations of Third Reich superiority. ------------- <Removed overly wide sig. I hate this show as well. I gota say they got guts as it is a job for real men. I work on the pipelines and for you kids and pencil pushers who want to be real men and make good money stop dreamin on the TV and make a move! One thing I can't stand are people without balls to go beyond what they were ment for, so they sit and do thier typical 9-5 job working a low wage job. Meh better you than Me I hope they close this Show soon it serves no purpose. |

I worked on a pipeline (before you existed I'd imagine), in the course of that summer I went from hustling skids to running a sideboom. It's the job you do when you can't get a job anywhere else, as soon as I got some $$ saved up I left.
