Almost any barrel will be better than the stock barrel. I recommend a J7J Ceramic or a Lapco Bigshot as your first after-market barrels. All kinds of information can be found out about them by a forum search. There is no reason to replace internal components such as the bolt or power tube. In most cases the replacement parts provide no advantage; in some cases they can actually cause problems.

I second the J&J and Lapco barrels, can't go wrong with either of them.

I prefer J&J out of the 2. It is a little quieter and they look really good on the X7 since the end is straight. They are both extremely accurate though. As far as the internals go stick with stock. the only internal i have ever heard of actually doing better after being upgraded was the ratchet but that doesnt count since its in the cyclone and not the gun body.
