I climbed up her neighboring tree today...

Tomorrow I plan on seeing if I can approach a hawk nest, and I'll be heading to a fox den, and possibly a beaver dam. I'll probably have more shots of the owl in the next few days as well.

Cool owl. Now that those doves hatched I haven't seen them back at the nest.

Nice pic. You'll have to post the others when you get them.

I got a good picture of a beaver today before I shot it. Darn thing swam right up next to me while I was fishing. I love having a nusince permit, now I can kill them year-round.

Great picture of the owl. Be careful with the hawks though, they get mean if the kids are hatched.

I must say I don't think I'd ever kill a beaver.

Hey . . . what's wrong with that?

That's only because you don't have a big enough weapon.

Do you always have a gun on you when you're fishing?
I thought nuisance permits were only good for use on your own property?

It was on my own property, I have two ponds about 10 acres each. They eat all the trees and make dens under the roads around the lake, so about once a year somebodys car falls in a hole. So when I go out there I take a .22.
