I was just in the Destin area for a week. It was actually Seacrest Beach, but its like 30 minutes down that road. The weather was beautiful. Make sure you go to Harbor Docks. Its an awesome seafood restaurant right on the harbor. |

Going to either Cuba, the Dominican Republic or the Mayan Riviera this year. Pretty cool, I've never really been anywhere more exotic than Florida. We are staying at an all inclusive resort so that means 24/7 free drinks and no drinking age. I really want to see the Mayan pyramids and monkeys but I'd also really like to snorkel a coral reef. Anyone have experience in these areas or at any all inclusive resorts. ------------- <just say no to unnecessarily sexualized sigs> |

i was in cancun at an all inclusive resort last week. as long as you arent going with overbearing parents, its the greatest thing thats ever happened to me.

i was never once carded in mexico, and i met a 15 year old that was drunker than i was at the hotel.

she didnt look 15 at all. with her body it would have been hard to convince me she was any younger than 18, maybe late 17. i found out she was 15 when her dad introduced me to her. edit: but yes, still pedo -------------

How could you not go snorkeling?

i didnt go snorkeling because the reefs werent near our hotel, and i was perfectly happy drinking, relaxing, and walking around the resort area. Advice: if a taxi service at the airport tries to get you to go with for 60$ tell them to bugger off. it shouldnt cost more than 25, use one of the city taxis and you'll be fine. -------------

destin is overrated IMO, went there for a week. Did everything there was to do, it's so-so ------------- Sig is WAY too big. |

more than like twenty minutes there. Seriously, don't waste your time climbing to the top of the main pyramid. And go early in the morning, otherwise the wind will blow mad sand in your eyes. -------------

Unfortunately its a group tour type of thing so were stuck there until they say get back on the bus. And climbing to the top just seems like something you have to do in order for it to worth going too.
