I got a new X7 gun and brought it to Russia for my friend. Now we've got it here (in Russia) and are trying to get it to work. When we put the battery in nothing seems to happen. No lights come on, the trigger doesn't make any sound, the bolt doesn't seem to cock...it seems like it's not getting power. But basically, it doesn't **edited**ing work. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks,

One thing you can do is check the wires that go from the battery to the e-grip, if they are hot glued i would try to solder them. Try different batteries, a lot of times they are defective if they have sat out for a long time.

1st ide try your trouble shooting guide in your manual( it might help somewhat)

2nd if that dont help call tippmannservice dept.  its 1800-533-4831  just incase u cant find it.

Or look for a local paintball shop that can take a look at it for ya.

Nice advice.  You did see the part where they're in Russia, right?

Perhaps you can refer him to a local paintball shop that services Tippmanns.  Ooh, now wait a minute.  If there was a local paintball store that services and even sells Tippmann markers, then he wouldn't have needed to purchase the marker outside of Russia.

Use common sense, bud.  Most of us (including stormykinght) do live in America, like you.

First, just check all the wires and connections.  Do you by any chance have friends in Russia with an X7 E-Grip also?
