So 3 weeks ago my o-rings on my slide check failed and I lost a good portion of my c02 from the tank. I replaced all the o-rings on my slide check and fired it up. I can still hear gas escaping from the valve. Its a slow leak but still there. Any other thing you guys and gals can think of ?

Is the air escaping from the slide check or somewhere else on the remote? Have you oiled it?

The air seems to be escaping from the slide check and yes I have oiled. When the o-rings failed I lost almost half a tank of co2. The slide check was iced up pretty good, is it possible that the freezing ruined the slide check?

no it happens all the time. it may just be a bad slide check, it could be a defect in the sealing.

try pulling it off the cylinder (on the hose) and turn it around. a long shot but what hey right.

Just to be sure, you replaced both of the o-rings inside the slide check as well as the one on the front? Does it leak when it is back towards the remote or forward towards the marker, or both? When I changed mine and first engaged it, it seemed like it started to leak so I turned it back off. I finally pushed it all the way forward and it sealed up. To be quite honest though, I seem to have a lot of issues with mine though. Seems to have a mind all its own.

I leaked when I pushed it towards the marker. It was a small leak but it was enough that I heard it.

No the leak did not stop, well after about 45 seconds I removed the tank and played without a remote...I hate doing that.
