I think de trev and a few others said they were a while ago. I know its different than whats usually posted around here but the current stuff isn't that great anyways.

Saw it, its now only 1,000 ft.

I was at Englishtown the day before the accident. Saw Scott Kalitta in the pits that day.

It better not be just for that crash, his shoot didn't go off. So it would have matter if he was racing 1000ft or 1320. He would of crashed and died either way.

They are racers, they know the risk when they race and they accept the conciquiences.

Least now everyone will be at a even level. Since they all try and get the most out of their 1320 feet, now that its only 1000 they have to re tune their cars for it and train for 1000 feet

One of my dad's friends drag races small time in a funny car class, it is NHRA but I can't remeber which one. I think its just under the class John Force runs in. He was on ESPN once for an interview.

Were probably going to Lebanon Valley this weekend to watch.

Drag races are only fun if your there...its too boring to watch on teevee

yeah i heard about Kalitta, this is news to me though about the decrease, im with .636 on this, distance doesnt matter if your 'chute doesnt come out.
