What is the best way to remove paint on a 98 custom?

I used a dremel with a sander attachment. It takes awhile but in the end its worth it, but you just have to be careful that you dont start to dig into the metal. Its going to take awhile if you want it to look good though.

Sand or bead blasting if you can find someone to do it for you.

I used Kutzit stripper that I purchased at Lowes and it worked on an old M98 that I had. Let it soak and used fine steel wool and a metal brush to take the paint off. Not sure if it will work on the newer finishes though. Be sure to get a good set of gloves as that stuff will do neat stuff to the skin on your hands.
