Ok after I decided I wanted the Draco I did a bit more research and emailed some people and realized that I cannot get it shipped to me and cannot get it in any store near me for 2 reasons:
1. I cannot get this guitar in any store near me or find anywhere online that will ship to Canada. Although this may have something to do with the fact that the ones I can find online all say will be available September 30th.
2. The nearest guitar store is Axemusic and they do have BC Rich guitars, but when I emailed them they told me that BC rich was backordered 4 months and they also have a 3 month delivery time. I was told that the Draco would only be available online as well so no in store playing or testing.
I decided that I shall look into what guitars Axe Music does have and one caught my eye:
http://www.espguitars.com/guitars_ax.html - http://www.espguitars.com/guitars_ax.html
I looked into the pickups and noticed that this guitar has 2 EMG 81 active pickups. I looked into these and they are supposed to be quite good pickups.
I am still undecided on black or red though.
If anyone has had any experience with ESP or this guitar in perticular your opinion reviews are welcome. This guitar seems to be quite better quality than the Draco and it is actually cheaper.
I am basically looking for a comparason between the 2. For those of you who missed the Draco thread:

My first guitar was an ESP MH-50. I love that freaking thing and I still play it. It has a very fast neck, I enjoy playing it.

Well it is about a new topic, but I guess I probably could have just bumped the old one. I was going to just post in the old one but then people who didn't actually go into the thread would think it was about the draco still.

ESP has some quality guitars on their lower end line. More reputable than B. C. Rich by far, but I'd still recommend saving and buying something good.

I'm taking a trip to a city that has a guitar center this weekend, so if I get a chance to go on, I'll take a look around and see if they happen to have one of these, and give you my review next week.

I believe it's a sub-division of ESP, like how Squier is to Fender, although I'd imagine LTD's would out-perform Squiers. Looks like a good mid-range guitar. Not a fan string-through bridges. I'd recommend trying to get a Floyd Rose on it or something comparable.

The AX-400 that I'm assuming the OP is referring to, as it's in the thread title, clearly says "LTD" on the headstock. Which leads me to believe, that it is in fact, an LTD, and not an ESP. Correct me if I'm mistaken somehow.

Might have just been a generalization by the OP. Either way, it still looks like a solid guitar.
Like I said though, if I were you, I'd save up and get a quality custom guitar, like a Jackson RR1. But I'm pretty bias, because once you own one you wonder why you wasted so much time/money on lower end stuff.

I kind of dig the solid body. While I do enjoy the acoustic resonance of a semi-hollow thinline Tele, I just like the fuller tone from a solid slab of wood.
This is a picture of mine:
I'll try to get a picture of MINE in a few days, along with my other guitars if anyone is interested in seeing them.

I don't dig ESP much anymore, besides rock they have No other really decent sounds, though they do make that "crunch" sound that only an ESP can make. I'd personally pass on the ESP and look into a Jackson.

I have EMGs and SDs. The EMGs don't give you a very clean tone, but they play good distorted. You can also coil tap them, if the guitar doesn't come with that available, it's not hard to do.

What would you guys consider a better choice for pickups 2 EMG 81's or an EMG 81 and an EMG 85.
Also does anyone know what a PA2 pre amp is? Is it some type of active pickup?

Ilford, mine is just the regular Nashville Tele, I didn't see any need for the acoustic sounds, I don't need them much.
Jordan, I would suggest a 81 and an 85. The 85 would be more your "rhythm" pickup, and 81, your lead, even though there's more output from the 85, It's just a beefier, more low-end tone, less suitable for lead.
As for the PA2, reading on the Emg website, it seems to just be a boost switch. It's adjustable, but it's says it'll boost the signal up to 20dB. Works with active or passive pickups. Sounds like a good way to break up the pre-amp tubes on your amp.

Nashville Tele probably ran between 6-700 hundred. Believe the other guitar is a Parker Fly. Possibly wrong.

Farcry, thanks. I take a compliment to my guitars very personally . ThatGuitarGuy is close on both counts, the tele was in that range (can't quite remember exactly). The second is a Parker Nitefly-M, not a Fly, but they are similar guitars. The Nitefly is essentially a bolt-on neck Fly, which I prefer.

Ilford, I was guessing on price, I bought mine recently enough that I remember what I paid. It was $600 new, but I traded in the gig bag and got a Fender hardshell case, so it bumped it up to like $625, as they took the cost of the bag out and added on the case, with a slight discount, and threw in a strap, some black strap-locks, and a stand. And I tell people that ask that I bought it at Emiron. They always treat me well.

I did the same kind of thing with the case. I bought straplocks after a few years, which was a few years too long . Even though it's a tele, and therefore indestructible, I've always hated the uneasiness of not having straplocks. Which drives me nuts with the parker, as I can't get them on it (screw is too short in the upper bout),

Actually no. When hardware, finish and wood quality on a guitar is different, it really is a different guitar, regardless of whether or not it was made by the same company.
Cheaper hardware leads to stuff going bad sooner, and lesser wood quality is equal to not as good tone, and/or body warping. Finish quality is very important to how long a guitar looks new, and how well it holds up to the rigors of playing.
